Tuesday, August 18, 2009 Yeah!~ I'm back from my long long planned Taiwan trip with Man Chui and my brother. Haas... Enjoyed myself thoroughly and brought back so so so so many stuffs nehz. Guess 1 week wasn't enough yet. Alot more places have not been there at all. Shall go again in the future for even more shoppings! And to bring along more more more money! *Lolx* Well... I'm rather lazy to blog out all the details but I will let you people know where did we went and then followed by the photos. Tonnes and tonnes of photos nehz. Just take the time to slowly appreciate all the photos if you have the time ya? I had purposely shuffled all the images to blend into the theme. Of course same clothes means it's taken on the same day lahz. =P - Arrive at Taiwan's Taoyuan International Airport at 7pm++. - Took a bus from Airport to go 西门町. - Search for our hotel and checked in to Future Star Hotel 明日大饭店. - Eat “阿宗麵線"for dinner. - Shopped around at 西门町. - Initial plan was to go to 高雄 but end up did not go due to the adverse effect of the Typhoon Morakot. - Visited Miniatures Museum of Taiwan in the morning. - Shopped at Taipei Main Station Underground and caught 1 small small My Melody plush toy in the toy catching machine using NTD$100 for 5 tries. *bLeAhX* - Shopped at 台北新世界 for a little while and head down to 五分埔 for great shopping experience. - Late evening time, went crazy shopping at Taipei's most popular 士林夜市. *LoLx* - Woke up early to go for our hot spring experience at "Spring City Resort" located near 新北投. Managed to try both public hot spring and private hot spring at NTD$550 per pax including a Sashimi lunch and for about 2 hours duration. Great deal horx? (^_~) But half of the day is gone. - Night time went 淡水漁人碼頭 and 淡水老街. Ate some snacks / finger foods and ice-cream and of course not forgetting the black Soya Bean Curb with lots of other fillings at 淡水老街. - Had lunch over at The Modern Toilet Restaurant located at 西门町. Heys!~ Must go there try their things if go Taipei ya? It's super nice and worth the price. Very cheap nehz. *tHuMpS uP* - Took 火车 down to 九份 for shopping of souvenirs and 土产at 瑞芳 Station. Oh ya... We spent most of our time waiting for the 火车 to come so shopped around 瑞芳 station too. Haas... Go Taiwan must shop and shop and shop mahz. Not forgetting to eat and eat and eat alot lot too! *LoLx* - Late night mini shopping at 康乐富. Haas... It's actually Carrefour. But they operates 24 hours everyday. - Visited Taiwan's famous and one of the tallest building in the world - Taipei 101. - More shoppings at 新光三越, 纽约纽约购物中心 and the small small Neo 19. - Dinner at Hello Kitty Sweets Restaurant and to celebrate my 22nd birthday way in advance. *wInKz* - Shopping at 通化夜市. - Shopping at 西门町 again and at the same time experience the crowd they have on weekends. - Took a quick glance at 萧敬驣's open air concert cum charity concert for the people affected by the Typhoon Morakot. - Casual shopping at the shopping mall opposite the big big "Party World" building. - Overall was quite a relaxing day after so so so many days of shoppings incessantly. Haas... After all holidays are menat to be relax mahz. (^_~) - Packed and final checkings of our well-stuffed luggages and headed down to a cafe at near our hotel to drink Slurpee! *LoLx* - Went to take a look at Show Luo Zhi Xiang's shop - STAGE. - Bid "goodbye" to Man Chui and hug together tight tight then our flights depart at Taiwan's Taoyuan International Airport. Man Chui back to Hong Kong. My brother and I back to Singapore. - Arrived at Singapore Changi Airport and saw Dear Dear standing outside waiting for me together Dear Dear's mummy and then meet with Hui Khim for supper. - Back home to unpack things inside those super big luggages.
